Cancer takes every piece of dignity away from you.

Victoria felt like she had Alzheimer’s receiving chemo and radiation for breast cancer. Find out how she feels now, after her boss told her to try neurofeedback.

What brought you to work with Neurvana Health?

My journey is, I’ve had breast cancer. I had a double mastectomy and I had chemo and radiation. The treatments gave me chemo brain really bad, which to me was like having Alzheimer’s. I couldn’t remember things, I couldn’t remember people.

What have you enjoyed about working with Neurvana Health?

I started working with Neurvana in March and now it November and this is my last day. I have come so far, and never thought that I’d be sitting here today in this position and as healthy as I am.

My doctor is absolutely amazed! I keep him abreast of what’s goin’ on and he’s very interested in this.

People tell me I’m different. They say , “Wow, you’ve really come a long way.”

Cory is really good at explaining and in the beginning, I didn’t get much of it. All I saw was a bunch of squiggly lines when the first time I saw my qEEG, but now I get it.

Liz and Emily are great. The explanations and stuff that I get from them is helpful. I’m the type of person that asks a lot of questions, so they’ve been very, very accommodating and knowledgeable.

With neurofeedback, I’ve come from under zero on some of my scores up to now I believe I’m at 83%. To me, being under zero on scores and coming that far is a really, really good.

I didn’t even know about any of this and had it not been for you guys, I wouldn’t have a job, I wouldn’t have anything in my life. So, it’s been just an amazing experience. When I left my sessions, I felt like a million bucks, so I knew that something was good about it. I didn’t know what, ’cause like I said, I thought it was voodoo at first and I’d never heard of it before, but my boss turned me on to it.

Had it not been for you guys, I wouldn’t have a job, I wouldn’t have anything in my life.

I think that everybody should have an option to do this and healthcare, our government should pay for this. I think a lot of people would really, really benefit from neurofeedback.

I would recommend neurofeedback and Neurvana Health to anyone.
