Rates and policies
As you may have already guessed, like most alternative healthcare options, many insurance policies do not cover our type of services. Meaning that we operate a cash based business only. All services are due upon or before receiving services or products.
Unlike other health businesses, we don’t bundle predetermined services into a package for a preset amount and hope for the best. Each client has unique needs, so what works for one will not necessarily work for another. Because of this, each healing plan we craft is customized to our client’s goals and challenges and therefore the investment amount will vary.
Financing is available
To make it as easy as possible we do offer low interest financing options from MediCard which can be seen at their website here.
We have also partnered with ATB to bring you a more direct approach to applying for a line of credit. If you are approved for the line of credit you’ll have a better interest rate than if you we’re to just go direct to a branch. If you’re interested in applying simply let us know once you have completed your consultation call.
What to expect
Please keep in mind that we do not offer standalone services by themselves such as $250 for a 30 minute appointment. We beleive that approach alone rarely yeilds desireable results.
Instead, we select the practitioner on staff that is most capable of getting you the outcome you desire and they put together a personalized healing protocol that is unique to your condition and the results you’d like to receive – after all, you’re here to feel better.
Your personalized healing protocol will be a carefully crafted combination of products and services designed to get you the best possible outcome. For this reason we cannot give accurate, or even ballpark rates.
The investment for your protocol is a simple easy to manage monthly rate for a set duration. For example: $700/mo for 12 months. For most client this is much more manageable than paying all upfront. If you have strict budgetary constraints we will work with you to still get results, just expect them to take longer.
1. Discovery call
$0. Includes 30 minute phone call with a trained health adviser. This allows for you to get a good understanding of what it is we do and to determine if you are a good candidate for what we offer before spending any time or money.
2. Case Review
Includes a baseline QEEG Brain Map, eye test, neurocognitive assessment, heart rate variability assessment, interpretation of the brain map, and 2 hour consult with the practitioner we think is most familiar with your condition.
What you’ll come out with is a very clear and accurate understanding of your current situation and what the logical next steps would be.
We strive to offer personalized solutions and that includes tailoring the recommended lab testing. What the QEEG brain map allows us to do is make more accurate decisions about what tests are and are not necessary, if any are required at all for further investigation into your unique condition.
The investment for laboratory tests recommended during the case review process vary greatly and are 100% tailored to you. Unlike other clinics, we never recommend every possible test, this is often not necessary or financially feasible. Instead we laser beam focus onto the tests that matter most right now for your circumstances. We can work with you and your budget to stagger the tests over time so it is more affordable. The investment will depend entirely upon the severity of your condition.
Unlike your personalized healing protocol, this is not something we can spread across several months and the investment for lab tests will require an upfront investment. The way we do testing is different from many clinics that do the same or similar tests and many of our existing clients often tell us that they have done the same tests elsewhere and got no results back, or that they are very happy that they invested into the testing because it has lifted years of emotional stress of their shoulders to finaly understand exactly what the root problem is.
3. Personalized Healing Protocol
Once you have completed your case review and received any test results back (if necessary) your practitioner will use all the information collected to understand your condition, identify the true underlying cause and create a highly personalized healing protocol targeted at getting you feeling better. Your protocol will include:
The investment for nutraceuticals recommended as part of your healing protocol will vary greatly depending what the practitioner has discovered during your Case Review. Amount, type, potency, and frequency and therefore investment will all depend upon what was discovered during your Case Review. There is some “give” and supplements can be modified for budgetary constraints but would be expected that healing would take longer. The investment for nutraceuticals is entirely predicated upon the severity of your condition.
Most people will require some neurofeedback depending on the condition. The type, intensity, and frequency and therefore the investment will depend entirely upon what the practitioner discovers during your Case Review.
Credit Cards: We require a credit card number at the time of becoming a client. This credit card will be securely kept on file and charged in the event of late cancellation or you do not show up for an appointment.
Case Reviews: Appointments must be canceled at least 1 week prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise 100% of the appointment fee will be charged to your card automatically.
Late Arrival: We are committed to being on time with clients’ appointments to prevent waiting. If you arrive late to the office for your consult, your appointment will end at the scheduled time and you will be charged for the length of the originally scheduled visit.
Follow-ups: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or cancellation fees will apply. Cancellation within 48 business hours of your appointment will equal 50% of the appointment fee for the first late cancellation and 100% of the appointment fee for subsequent late cancellations.
No-shows: If you miss any appointment you will be charged the full rate of that appointment. All appointment rates are subject to change.
How To Cancel: You may cancel your appointment by calling 587-997-4649.
Unused Services: If a package of services are purchased and you do not wish to continue, for whatever reason, we will not refund the unused portion of the purchased services.
Administrative fee: An administrative fee of 5% will apply in order to reverse any payment and will be billed to your card on file as a separate charge for processing all refunds.
Supplements and Laboratory Testing: Supplements and Laboratory testing kits purchased through Neurvana Health may not be returned for a refund. In some instances exchange can occur if in original condition and unopened or unused. Proof of purchase is required. All laboratory testing kits must be completed within 1 year of purchase.
For products that we sell directly, refunds are available for unopened items purchased in the last 14 days.
Restocking Fee: Please note a restocking fee of 30% will be incurred on all returns. Shipping fees are not included in the refund.
