We provide personalized testing recommendations based on your individual health concerns, case review, and — when applicable — qEEG brain mapping. Rather than relying on generic test bundles, we focus on ordering only what is clinically relevant to your unique situation.
Your practitioner will craft a step-by-step treatment plan tailored to your health priorities and test results. Every element is designed with your body’s needs and long-term wellness in mind.
A valid credit card is required to schedule appointments. This card will be securely stored and used for deposits and any applicable charges.
Please note that debit cards cannot be stored in our system. If you wish to use an alternative payment method, you may do so at checkout following your appointment.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for your initial visit with Neurvana Health.
Unless otherwise arranged with our Discovery team, the credit card on file will be charged 2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your first appointment fee.
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
Don't have a credit card? No problem. We can accept your deposit via e-transfer at the time of booking.
Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled appointment time and the full appointment fee will apply.
Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment (no-show) will be charged the full appointment fee.
We require at least 2 business days’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Changes made with less than 2 business days’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee, up to the full cost of the appointment. Cancellation fees may be adjusted or waived at the clinic’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Appointments scheduled with less than 2 business days’ notice are still subject to the late cancellation policy.
